Valeur R is and exceptional stallion combining substance with athleticism. His fantastic temperament makes him trainable, eager to please and a delight to handle and be around.
His sire, Fidermark, won his stallion performance test in 1995 and was the 4yo Bundeschampion in 1996. He had just started competing at Grand Prix when he sadly passed away. Jo Hinnemann (his trainer) was quoted as saying: “Fidermark – that for me is the perfect horse. A dream horse. This horse has everything you need…the basic gaits are fantastic”.
Valeur’s dam, Ramita, who successfully competed at M level in Holland is by the stallion Darlington. Darlington comes straight from the maternal line of the famous Rembrant. Also from this family are the top dressage horses Ahlerich, Amon and Rubinstein.
Not only does Valeur have International Grand Prix Dressage horses on both sides of his pedigree but he also has a natural scopey jump (awarded 9/10 in the loose jumping at his grading) and would be suitable for mare owners hoping to produce foals for all disciplines.
