The Selle Français stallion King de Revel was the topper of the latest Fences auction. Not surprisingly, as King de Revel combined the best European jumping lines in his pedigree. Sire Kannan has been causing sensation in the international show jumping sport since 2000, ridden by Michel Hecart, with which he wrote the French title to his name. On the dam's side King de Revel carries the blood of the legendary French sport horse supplier Jalisco B. In addition, dam Razzia de Revel is no one less than the full sister of the great sire Quidam de Revel. In 1992 Quidam de Revel earned world fame with his performance in the Barcelona Olympics, where he earned team bronze and an individual 4th place. Since, Quidam de Revel has developed into the most influential progenitor in world wide show jumping horse breeding. Sport genes are also solidly anchored in the dam's line of King de Revel. Grandam Dirka was herself successful in the international show jumping sport and she is closely related to the great sire Uriel (Nankin).
