Belgian Warmblood, Liver chestnut, Mare, 12 years, 16.1 hands
Meet Minola (Nola), a beautiful 16.1hh, 12 year old liver chestnut Belgian Warmblood mare. Nola is pleasure to have on the yard. She is friendly, affectionate and easy to handle and do in all ways and would love nothing more than to spend hours having a fuss made of her.
Nola has three rhythmical, balanced, elevated paces and is well schooled on the flat. She is light in the hand and very obedient to a light touch. She would excel at dressage and is a real pleasure to ride. As can be seen in the videos (many available on request) she is established in all the movements needed at Elementary. She has the easiest and most balanced counter canter you could hope for, her basic lateral work is well established and her medium trot and canter are also established. She has no BD points as she was previously in a SJ home. She really would take you out and straight into the rosettes.
She is good out hacking with others, even in big groups and in open fields. She has competed up to British Novice level SJ in the past and enjoys popping a fence.
Nola is good to do in every way without any vices. She has been turned out alone, in a single sex group and mixed herd and has lived out 24/7 and in 24/7 and is not fussed under any circumstance.
This is a very sad sale, we bought Nola 9 months ago for my Mum to do dressage with but unfortunately, due to a change of circumstances, she is unable to devote the time to Nola to allow her to fulfil her potential and would like her to have a home where she can do just that.
Nola passed a five stage vetting in January, the certificate is available and the vets are more than happy to discuss if required.
More videos and pictures available on request.
Nola can be seen with Caroline White in Runwell, Essex
